Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 cup frozen peaches
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup spinach
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 mint leaves optional
Instructions:
In the bowl of a blender, add the almond milk, peaches, spinach, lime juice, oats and chia seeds. Add mint, if using.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
