richberry Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie

Combined with frozen berries, Greek yogurt, steel-cut oats, and protein powder for a healthy, this is truly delicious breakfast shake to start your day. But! You wouldn't love the taste much since it is mixed so imagine the richness of sour flavour. Why would you start your day sour? Try this smoothie with richberry. Just one bite and you're good to go with your high protein smoothie to start your day.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1/4 cup Greek berry yogurt

  • 1/4 cup steel-cut oats

  • 1 scoop Purely Inspired French Vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Method:

  1. Place water, berries, Greek yogurt, steel-cut oats, protein powder, and vanilla extract in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact:

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
