Spearmint, crushed ice, lime juice and bourbon which is perfect for richberry. The whiskey taste and the citric flavour will surely make you surprised when you taste it sweeter. Opposite to what you really expected. Have a bite of richberry's miracle berry then drink this minty tasty whiskey.

Ingredients:
8 to 10 spearmint leaves, plus a handful of mint sprigs for garnish*
1/2 ounce lime juice
2 cups crushed ice
2 ounces bourbon
Method:
Place a couple mint leaves in one hand and clap the other hand over them once or twice to release their oils. Rub the inside of the cup with the leaves and drop them into the cup. After you’ve added 8 to 10 mint leaves, lightly bruise leaves with a wooden muddler or spoon.
Fill cup halfway with ice, add bourbon, and stir until cup is frosted. Add more ice, gently stir, and top with a large bouquet of mint.
Mocktail (non-alcoholic): If you wish to have a delicious non-alcoholic version, please feel free to take the alcohol out and follow the same procedure.
Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
Warning: Alcohols are for over 21 years of age and above. Drink responsibly, do not drink and drive.
