richberry Mediterranean roast turkey

Nope! It's not thanksgiving party. It's just an ordinary day to celebrate with turkey. Minus the sweeteners and sugar, this recipes is modified naturally by just having a bite of your miracle berry form richberry while preparing your meal.

Ingredients:

12 oz sliced turkey

1 finely chopped onion

1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice

8 oz sundried tomatoes

1 teaspoon seasoning (Greek)

½ teaspoon pepper

4 oz chicken broth

2 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon salt

Thyme sprigs

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch in a slow cooker and cover it with a lid.

2. Let the mixture cook for 7 hours. Later, mix corn starch with 4 tablespoons of water.

3. Pour this mixture into the turkey and cook for another 30 minutes.

Serving

Serve this dish with brown rice and olives on top


Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar.
