Don't be too excited on this because this is for adults only. Keep your kids away. This is an alcoholic dessert. Yep! That's sounds exciting. We remove the sugar in the cupcake recipe and only retained the confectioner's sugar for the frosting. Try this twist and discover the yummier taste with richberry.

Ingredients:
1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
3 large egg whites egg whites
1 (10 fluid ounce) can frozen margarita mix, thawed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon grated lime peel
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 shots tequilla
Directions:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch cake pan.
Step 2 In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cake mix, egg whites, frozen margarita mix, vegetable oil, lime zest, and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Step 3 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center shows moist crumbs, 30 to 35 minutes. Cake will be very moist. Cool in the pan.
Step 4 To make frosting, beat the cream cheese and butter together until light and fluffy, and stir in the lemon peel and 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Beat in the confectioners' sugar, 1 cup at a time, scraping the sides of the bowl thoroughly with a spatula after each addition. Spread the frosting over the cooled cake.
Consume Miracle Berry:
Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact:
The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
Note: Sometimes you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required, this is due to the chemistry of the food, however, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to totally reduce sugar and yet experience the same taste.
