richberry Lemon & Lime Smoothie

Oh wow! Lemon plus lime? Like how can you handle it? Plain yoghurt cannot just tame the strong taste. But no worries, with its strong taste let richberry handle it. You don't need to add any sweeteners or sugar just to enjoy this mouth watering smoothie. Try it with richberry, sweet without sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz plain yogurt

  • zest of 4 lime

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (from about 4 lemons)

  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions: In the jar of a blender, add the yogurt, lime zest and juice, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.


Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar.
