1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
⅛ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chiffonade
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Step 1 Combine strawberries, and salt in a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2 Combine basil, balsamic, and lemon juice in another bowl. Pour over strawberries and toss to coat. Serve.
