richberry Key Lime Avocado Smoothie

Removing the sugar from the ingredients is soothing to think that you got to drink this smoothie without any guilt from the calories. Try it with richberry to experience a natural yummier taste without sugar.

Ingredients:

avocado

1 lime, juiced

1 large vanilla protein powder

2 tsp sea salt

ice cubes

1/4 cup water


Directions: Begin by cutting the avocado in half, removing the seed, and scooping out the avocado meat into the bowl of your high-power blender or food processor. Next, juice the lime and add the lime juice to the blender / food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy!


Consume Miracle Berry:

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.


Fact:

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar.
