Detoxifying and revitalizing, this peachy smoothie is perfect for your stronger immunity. Without the use of sugar, and only richberry, enjoy the beach with a yummier flavour without any guilt.

Ingredients:

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons non-fat yoghurt

1/2 frozen peaches

1/2 strawberries

1/8 teaspoon powedered ginger

2 teaspoons whey protein powder

3 ice cubes


Direction:

Mix and blend all ingredients gradually until smooth. Serve immediately.


Consume Miracle Berry

Just before enjoying your salad, chew 1 or more halves of freeze-dried miracle berry. Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.


Fact

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar.
