Ingredients:

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons non-fat yoghurt

1/2 frozen peaches

1/2 strawberries

1/8 teaspoon powedered ginger

2 teaspoons whey protein powder

3 ice cubes


Direction:

Mix and blend all ingredients gradually until smooth. Serve immediately.
