Infused with mango tea, pineapple syrup which is slightly sour, lime juice and brandy and angostura bitters, you can exactly imagine the fighting taste between sour and bitter. Taking your richberry before drinking this boozy cocktail, might get you snore after the party. The sweet taste will have you bottom's up!

Ingredients:
MANGO TEA–INFUSED APPLE BRANDY
4 oz (113 g) mango-flavored black loose-leaf tea
1 (750-ml) bottle apple brandy
COCKTAIL
1 oz (30 ml) mango tea–infused Laird’s Apple Brandy
1 oz (30 ml) Palo Cortado sherry
¾ oz (22 ml) Pineapple Syrup
¾ oz (22 ml) fresh lime juice
1 bar spoon falernum
5 dashes of Angostura bitters
Fresh pineapple slice, for garnish
Orchid, for garnish
Method:
To make the mango tea–infused apple brandy, add the mango-flavored black tea—I used SerendipiTea Magnificent Mango—to the bottle of apple brandy. Let steep for 1 hour. Strain into a clean bottle or decanter.
To make one cocktail, in a cocktail shaker, combine the mango tea–infused apple brandy, sherry, pineapple syrup, lime juice and falernum and dry shake (without ice). Pour into a Collins glass over crushed ice and swizzle. Float the bitters by dashing on top, then top with more crushed ice. Garnish with the pineapple slice and orchid.
Mocktail (non-alcoholic): If you wish to have a delicious non-alcoholic version, please feel free to take the alcohol out and follow the same procedure.
Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Facts: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
