Ingredients:
2 sliced apples
1 chopped bell pepper
1 sliced onion
6 oz chicken
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper powder
4 brown bread slices
Preparation
In a cooker, transfer all the ingredients and cover it with a lid.
Cook this mixture for about 5 hours.
Serving
Fill this mixture in between two slices of toasted whole wheat bread and serve with cherries on top.
Variation
One can use pineapple instead of apples.
