A healthy breakfast to start your day will become a lot healthier because we removed the use of sugar, which is perfect for diabetic people. Just have one bite of richberry's miracle berry and dig in!

Ingredients:

3 oz mushrooms, chopped

1/3 oz nonfat milk

1/2 cup egg beaters

1 tsp olive oil

1 oz goat cheese

1 dash pepper

1 dash salt

Preparation

Stir fry mushroom in olive oil till soft for 4 minutes.

Combine egg substitute with milk, salt and pepper and oil skillet with olive oil.

Heat skillet for 30 seconds and add egg mixture to it.

Cook for 2 minutes to set; add in crushed goat cheese and mushrooms on top and cook for 2 minutes.

When omelette is almost done, turn over to flat plate and use a spatula to put it back to pan to cook the other side.

Serve warm with veggies of choice.

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
