This cirtusy condiment seldom includes lime in its ingredients and most salsa recipes don’t really use limes simply because its going to be loaded with sourness given tomato is already sour. But limes are the secret to making the best salsa and the secret to a naturally yummier flavour is pairing it with richberry.

Ingredients: 3 cups chopped tomatoes ( or you can use 2 15 ounce cans of no salt added tomatoes) 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 1 cup onion, diced 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro 4 teaspoons chopped fresh jalapeno pepper (including seeds) 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions: Stir the tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Serve.

Consume Miracle Berry:

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact:

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
