Let's enjoy the drink outside being caloric drinker. This drink is gonna be sipped beside the poolside with richberry along for a perfect magical taste.
Ingredients:
Dried hibiscus flowers, for rim
Sea salt, for rim
Lime wedge, for rim
1½ oz (44 ml) reposado tequila
½ oz (15 ml) mezcal
¾ oz (22 ml) fresh lime juice
½ oz (15 ml) fresh orange juice
½ oz (15 ml) Hibiscus Syrup
½ oz (15 ml) Cinnamon Syrup
Freshly grated cinnamon, for garnish
Method:
To make the hibiscus sea salt, crush the dried hibiscus flowers in a food processor or coffee grinder. On a small plate, combine the crushed hibiscus flowers with an equal amount of coarse sea salt.
Rim your glass with the hibiscus sea salt by pressing a lime wedge around the edge of the glass and then dipping it into the hibiscus salt.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, mezcal, lime juice, orange juice, hibiscus syrup and cinnamon syrup. Fill with ice, shake and then strain over ice into your hibiscus salt–rimmed glass. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
Mocktail (non-alcoholic): If you wish to have a delicious non-alcoholic version, please feel free to take the alcohol out and follow the same procedure.
Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
Warning: Alcohols are for over 21 years of age and above. Drink responsibly, do not drink and drive.
