This recipe is not only good for diabetics but also for diet and weight conscious in the family. Minus the added simple syrup, try this recipe with richberry's miracle berry. Just one bite while you are cooking and be surprised of the amazing taste.

2 chicken breasts (split)

1 medium tomato

1 zucchini (quartered)

1 can of artichoke hearts

45 ml olive oil

2 grams garlic salt

Optional: pasta sauce and cheese

Preheat oven.

Rinse the split chicken breasts.

Season the chicken breasts with garlic salt.

After which you can now broil the chicken breasts for about 10 minutes in the oven.

Add artichoke quarters and zucchini. Bake these at 4250F for 30 minutes.

Remove the baked chicken with artichoke and zucchini.

Add thinly sliced tomatoes.

You may add pasta sauce and cheese on top for a more flavorful meal.

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
