Ingredients:
12 oz Chicken boneless thighs (chopped)
6 oz Greek yogurt
3 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Preparation
1. Combine all the ingredients together and slow cook them for 6-7 hours.
2. Let it sit for 30 minutes before serving

Serve the chicken with vegetable salad.
