3/4 cup packed organicgirl 100% baby kale
1/2 cup chopped pineapple (preferably frozen)
1/2 cup ice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
Blueberries, chia seeds, coconut flakes, lime wedge, pomegranate arils and sliced kiwi, for garnish (optional)
In blender, kale, pineapple, ice, orange juice, lime juice and ginger, if using. Blend until smooth.
Pour into bowl and top with desired garnishes. Serve immediately.
Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
