richberry Chicken Wings in Peanut butter

Peanut butter is already quite sweet so we eliminate the simple syrup to have a lower calorie recipe. Consume half of a tiny miracle berry from richberry while cooking this recipe, to create a naturally sweeter taste on your favorite chicken wings.

Ingredients:

5-6 chicken wings

3 tablespoons peanut butter

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon ground ginger

1 cup water

Preparation

1. Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker, and cover it with the cooker lid.

2. Slow cook this dish for 5 to 6 hours (initial 3 hours on slow heat, the next 2 hours on medium heat).

Serving

Serve it hot and garnish it with roasted almond on top.

Variation

One can use pork instead of chicken; however chicken wings taste a tad better.

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
