richberry Chicken and Sausage gumbo with Okra

To make it through the day, make your stomach full. This recipe is perfect minus the use of simple syrup to taste. Just one bite of miracle berry from richberry is enough for you to create a tastier and yummier meal. Try it!

¾ cup brown rice

4 oz chopped okra

4 oz chicken sausages

1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

2 cardamom cloves (crushed)

2 tablespoons onion paste

½ cup tomato puree

1 teaspoon salt

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a slow cooker and cover it with a lid.

2. Cook this dish for 6-7 hours until it starts emitting a strong fragrance.

This dish is best served in a soup bowl.

If you don’t like Okra, use broccoli.

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
