Carrots, oranges, and apples contain good amounts of calcium without as much iron. Carrots are also high in Vitamin K, which helps with calcium absorption. Ingredients:
4 carrots
2 oranges
2 green apples
1 lemon
1 tablespoon honey
Method:
Mix and blend all ingredients gradually.
