richberry Avocado Dark Chocolate Mousse

Writer: Maharlika LobatonMaharlika Lobaton

Removing the use of maple syrup and pairing it with richberry's miracle berry will reduce the calorie and make it a better recipe for diet conscious individuals with sweet tooth. Experience the magical sweet taste without sweeteners or sugar. Only richberry.

Ingredients:

  • 2 very ripe avocados

  • ½ cup bittersweet dark chocolate melted

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

  • ¼ cup almond milk

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Pinch sea salt

  • Coconut whipped cream for topping (optional)

  • Strawberries for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  • In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine avocados, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla extract and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes, stopping as needed to scrape down the sides.

  • Divide the mousse equally into four bowls or jars, and chill for at least one hour to get a more mousse-like consistency.

  • Serve mousse cold with coconut whipped cream and strawberries, if desired.

Consume Miracle Berry:

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact:

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
