richberry Apple Blow Fizz

richberry couldn't be more than a perfect pair with a bright snap of citrus and some bubbles. The Apple Blow Fizz has both of these qualities with the addition of warmth like your favorite cozy sweater where no use of gin, rather apple brandy. Apple Brandy's depth of flavor and warming qualities, makes it the perfect cool-weather fizz option. Experience the magical taste from real sour-bitter flavour to sweet inviting taste when you eat your miracle berry from richberry before consuming the warm apple fizz.

Ingredients:

2 oz (60 ml) applejack

¾ oz (22 ml) fresh lemon juice

1 large egg white

Club soda

Method:

In the small side of your Boston cocktail shaker, combine the applejack, and lemon juice. Place your egg white in the larger side of your tin and dry shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Fill your shaker with ice and vigorously shake again. Strain into a highball glass and top with club soda. The soda should produce a very thick and foamy head.

Mocktail (non-alcoholic): If you wish to have a delicious non-alcoholic version, please feel free to take the alcohol out and follow the same procedure.

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.

Warning: Alcohols are for over 21 years of age and above. Drink responsibly, do not drink and drive.
