richberry Air Mail Cocktail

A combo of rum and champagne, plus the citrusy lime and lemon, minus the use of added-sugar. How would you like the strong alcohol and sour taste? No worries. Try richberry before your sip your glass and experience the yummier flavour without even adding sugar.

Ingredients:

• 1 fluid ounce light rum

• ½ fluid ounce lime juice

• 1/2 fluid ounce lemon concentrate

• 1 cup ice

• 1 tablespoon chilled Champagne

Directions:

Combine rum, lemon and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, cover, and shake until chilled. Strain into Champagne flute. Top with Champagne.

Mocktail (non-alcoholic):

If you wish to have a delicious non-alcoholic version, please feel free to take the alcohol out and follow the same procedure.
