Richberry Recipe: Sweet Potato Smoothie

Ooooh, potato potato it is!
This great source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals can give you the daily boost you need to get you going through your day in an easy-to-whip smoothie.
For the best tasting experience, partner it with 1-2 halves of Richberry before drinking so you can taste otherworldly goodness.

What you need
1 cup frozen cubed sweet potato (or sub frozen cubed butternut squash)
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon almond butter or pecan butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of ground cloves
How to make
In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. If necessary, add in more almond milk to thin the smoothie. If desired, drizzle with almond butter and sprinkle with your favorite granola. Makes 1 smoothie.

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berries (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact:
The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yogurt, and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
Note:
For cakes and pastries, you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required. This is due to the chemistry of the food. However, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to reduce sugar consumption but experience the same taste.
